Shipping Policy – Sunshine State Chrome Shop & Parts

We are committed to getting your truck parts and chrome accessories delivered safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Most orders ship within 1–3 business days of receiving payment.

  • Custom or special-order items may require additional handling time (noted on product pages).


2. Shipping Methods

  • We offer standard, expedited, and freight shipping depending on the size and weight of your order.

  • Carrier options may include UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL freight services.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Free or flat-rate shipping may be offered on select items or during promotions (details on product pages).


4. Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Freight deliveries: 5–10 business days (may require signature on delivery)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier delays, or weather.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for large or freight items.

  • If your shipping address is undeliverable, you will be responsible for reshipping charges.


6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and product.

  • If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
